double payment same work no guarantee as promise

A double door fridge was repaired in January 14/1/2015 but never worked afterwards as reported. This time a PC board was replaced and paid for. The non working fridge was reported immediately after repairs. Work was guaranteed. The fridge was picked up by arrangement much later in April as a replacement or loan unit was needed. The PC board was again replaced and I had to pay again for it as well as the labour despite the guarantee and the fact that it did not work correct after the first repair. (which they were aware of) This time the excuse was ****roaches damaged the PC board (which was never working from the first time?) On stating this to the provider and that I am not going to pay as it is poor consumer practice having to pay twice for the same work, labour and parts, he threatened to place my fridge in storage, not deliver it and charge me for the storage fees also. I had to pay again to get my fridge back. In total I paid 3470.00 for 2 labour sessions 2 PC boards and absolutely no guarantee despite 2 invoices stating there is a guarantee. SHOCKING - the owners response was he has no time for ****** business. I have invoices and e-mails to support this complaint.
