Appliance Clinic appealing service

Called AC and the owner Richard was quick to respond and send out a technician to repair my fridge. Fridge was regassed and filter changed. All appeared fine when technician left. The fridge worked overnight. I paid the R1850. The fridge stopped working the same afternoon. I called Richard and he confirmed that the technician would be there by 1pm to sort out the problem. That never happened. After countless unanswered calls and whatsapp messages I am still not able to reach anyone in the company. Advise not to use this vendor
