THEFT OF R2800.00

I called this company to ask for a service on my LG Fridge/Freezer Water Filter system. I had to send my address etc. through to them on their Whatsup Business Account, which I did. A person by the name of Tony was the first person I spoke to thereafter it was an Ian Tanganiki who came to my home to do the service. I was informed by "Ian", not his real name, that I needed to get a water filter for the water mains connection to my fridge and a new filter for inside my fridge. He needed cash in order to obtain these said filters at a cost of R2800.00. He took my money (stupid o my part) and has ghosted me ever since. He has absconded with my money....blatant theft and dishonesty. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE ****MERS.
