MOST PATHETIC SERVICE - **** OF A TECHNICIAN!!

<div>BE WARNED & STAY AWAY from this company especially from a guy by the name of Nelson or Chris!! I made an enquiry for a TV to be repaired and they responded within minutes - He and his assistant Ronald checked my TV and said it had to go into their workshop for repairs and that it would be returned same day. At around 17h00 when I called him to check on delivery of my TV after i had made a part payment as arranged, I was given run around and that is when all my troubles started: The repaired TV was returned to me 3 days later (not as promised same day service) and exactly 3 days later the TV is not working again - NO SOUND and NO PICTURE! I sent him several messages which he did not rep**** to and when i called him there was also no reply until i sent him a message of handing him over to my attorneys that's when i got his attention but until today (almost 2 weeks later) I'm still waiting for him to come and collect the TV for revision repairs!! I also awaiting delivery of a JVC big screen TV which he took also to replace a damaged screen - all this in vain despite having paid in full for these services and he is giving me the run around! MOST PATHETIC SERVICE and a **** of a technician - STAY AWAY!</div>
