Contacted them on the Sunday, and they fetched my washing machine and returned it on Monday lunch time. Thought this great service BUT Ean informed me that a washer for the machine had perished. He said he would get one for me but I had to give him R60 for it. I thought that when you repair a machine you fix everything. But stupid as I am gave him the money and he promised to come back on Tuesday morning. Every day was another excuse, until he stopped taking my calls. So I am sitting here with a washing machine that I cannot even test if it is working. As far as I am concerned EAN is a **** and a *****. I am nearly 80 years old and disabled and really do not know where to turn now. Hope that the above company will not get any further business
