Washing machine repair

I recently encountered a significant issue with my LG washing machine. The machine was not draining water, and the dial between the spin and fill settings kept jumping. Frustrated with the situation, I decided to seek professional assistance and took the machine to a washing machine repair shop.

At the repair shop, they assured me that there was no problem with the machine. Three days later, I received an SMS notification informing me that my machine was ready for collection and that I would be charged a fee of R700 for the service. However, I was only able to collect the machine two days later.

When I arrived to pick up my washing machine, I immediately noticed that the back plate of the machine had not been properly reinstalled, and the top part of the dial could be easily lifted off the machine. The staff at the repair shop apologized for the oversight and promised that the issues would be resolved. They asked me to return the next day.

However, just three hours later, I received another SMS stating that I could collect the machine. To my dismay, I found that the studs covering the *****s were missing. When I raised this concern with the repair shop, they informed me that they couldn't obtain the necessary studs and suggested that I simply use silicone to cover the *****s.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this repair shop. Not only were the initial issues with my washing machine not addressed, but the additional problems caused by their handling of the machine were also left unresolved. I want to express my frustration and disappointment with this entire experience and would not recommend this repair shop to anyone.
