Stay away from Appleton

 Dear Mr Dusselberg, your review of Appleton contains numerous inaccuracies and misrepresents the company as well as the professional commitment being app**** to the winding up of the Estate in question. Appleton is not the Executor of the Estate in question, but is acting under power of attorney. There were numerous complications regarding the drafting and witnessing of the Will in question, which was not drafted by Appleton, and which resulted in delays at the Master’s office. Although the deceased passed in late July 2021, Letters of Executorship were only received from the Master in May 2022. The Estate has been advertised in accordance with the Act and we expect to be able to wind-up the Estate within the coming months. With respect to communication, and contrary to your contention, we are in regular contact with the Executor (all of which is documented and recorded), thereby ensuring that all relevant information and progress is conveyed as required.
