Appletiser game of crowns

I bought a balloon ride with my Crown points. Since the end of the game of crowns I have tried contacting Adventure bookings, the last time we heard from adventure bookings they requested the Unique Ref# in order for me to redeem my Balloon ride. I provided them with the details they required, yet had no further contact with them from that point on. I tried contacting them again, which was unsuccessful. I feel like I supported Appeltiser, and at the end it was a led down. The voucher expires at the end of this year, and it would be disappointing if nothing comes from this.
