Appeltiser game of crowns *****
I have tried to redeem my helicopter ride that I bought with my crowns earned during the appeltiser game of crowns promotion. Only to find that the company Adventure bookings is uncontactable. It is disappointing and unprofessional that Appeltiser South Africa has not yet done anything to rectify this not have they offered alternative solutions or an alternative prize option. I eagerly await a response from Appeltiser South Africa and a resolution to this issue.

We did not realise that you had not redeemed your prize and therefore were not able to rectify the situation until it was brought to our attention.
