Damaged iPad and poor service delivery time

Appelberrie replaced my iPad air screen as it had a hairline crack. In the process, they have stretched the outer casing in such a bad manner that the screen kept coming loose (It was re-glued 3 times). The casing is also damaged from what I assume is the tool used to take the screen out. Worst of all, the iPad battery life no longer exists - it goes from 60% to 10% in one minute and there is something wrong as it keeps locking every couple of seconds. The touch screen no longer works properly on the one side either. I was promised a replacement, which arrived looking like it had been dropped from an aeroplane. Apart from the screen being fine, the outer case has dents and scratches and is not of the quality of my current iPad which has been badly damaged. The reason for submitting to HelloPeter is due to the fact that this has been dragging on since June and I am getting tired of empty promises and poor delivery.
