Just cannot unsubscribe at all!

I have tried to unsubscribe for three days now, they keep on deducting from my account, no funds as I want to cancel. So what is the result -R8 everyday. Total now is -R395 already. Everytime I want to verify my account it keeps on saying the verification code cannot be send to this number at the time. Try later. I've tried almost 60 time, as we don't use Apple Tv anymore. At least for two months now. I've tried everything possible to log in just to cancel my subscription. But to no avail!!!!! **** way of keeping subscribers.
