Apple tree Edenvale competition 27th of Oct 2018

Apple tree completion the 27th Oct 2018. So me daughter gets a call from apple tree stating that she was a top ten finalist for the competition at apple tree Edenvale. we arrive at 12:50 and talking to a number of people there were more than ten finalists. Do they even know how many is ten, the competition proceeds and the announcer say there is a bag with 100 names and they will draw ten people. Where did the other 90 people come from i am 100% sure they told my daughter she was a finalist already, Well they obviously cannot count. If they tell someone you are a top ten finalist that does not mean X10 does it. Very disgusted.
