Apple trade

I dissatisfied with the service I got from apple trade, bought an iPhone 7plus in May 2022 and 3 months later the phone was not working. They told me that their warranty was 3months therefore I need to pay for the phone for them to be able to fix it. One year later I'm stucked with a phone that's not working. I don't recommend them.
