WORST PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish I could give a worse rating. I purchased a refurbished unit from istorepreowned and it died in less than a year with no apparent cause. To add insult to injury, Apple then replaced it with a poor and badly damaged replacement. Ive taken this back and requested a refund, but they refuse to refund me and keep sending me from pillar to post. Its been over a month and no amount of calling and talking to consultants has helped. Considering your mission statement "to bring the best personal computing products and support to students, educators, designers, scientists, engineers, businesspersons and consumers in over 140 countries around the world" i would say apple is failing dismally. The products are not durable and they don't mind pawning off damaged good to the customers. **********!
