Worst experience of my life istore centurion

Worst worst worst worst worst of all stores. This is the worst store I have ever seen in my life. Your stores has very bad reviews although I wanted to try my guts.

At centurion mall istore I 9rdered a phone online through a call center. It arrived so I came to do a contract. MTN was offline so I went through f*** Telkom. They approved me after a week but the order wouldn't show on your systems. I then decided to cancel them and go through MTN. I started the contract process and the lady said they sold my phone. The consultant who was supposed to ensure my phone doesn't get sold her name is Tshepiso. She clearly didn't do her job properly. I'm writing this review from the store as I'm still hung in the air where my phone is sold to someone else. I f***x ordered it for me and not for anyone else. This istore is so ******* up.
