Worse iphone ever

I would personally never buy an iPhone again i bought the iPhone 13 pro and having endless problems it's been about 2 months now that i have my phone and from the word Go i had problems with it i took it back to the store and they said software needed to be updated which was done and this was all within the 7 days period i tried using the phone i could not make calls or even receive calls i could not use the phone for anything besides take out pictures i took it back to the stor and they refused to change it for me i bought a phone which i am not even using so i paid for nothing and there is still no one that can help me
