Whats done is done

I went to Apple Care Center in PMB to get my screen fixed ... Firstly there was no quote, just a piece of paper with my work contact details. I asked for a quote so that I could make sure I had enough money for the repair. There was a ballpark figure of R800 from a Facebook post I saw. I didn’t receive a quote and so the repair shouldn’t have gone ahead. They did not contact me whatsoever until I left work. Even if they did phone and I was perhaps unavailable, it looks like the phone had already been repaired as it was ready when I went in to check on it. I didn't authorize this. Not only did they repair it without my permission they charged me R1200 for the repair. My phone is not in a great condition either. Which when it went it the only damage was my cracked screen. On collecting my phone I checked in that evening and I noticed the back cover is not glued down properly ... Glue all over the seams ... Tool damage from whatever was used to open the back ... Damage near my volume button which was not there previously ... This phone is not even 4 months old and the only damage was a cracked screen ..
