Watch out for iTunes Credit Card *****!
Today, for the second time, I've fallen victim to iTunes *****.
In July there was over R4000 worth of charges on my credit card from iTunes. When calling the call centre, I was informed that they are aware that another account somehow got ahold of my credit card details and made these ********** transactions. I was refunded and I cancelled the credit card immediately. Wary of trusting iTunes in the future I purposely did not give them my new credit card details again and thought its done.
This morning when I logged onto my FNB app I saw more transactions made by iTunes for more than R5000! I called the call centre again just to be told that they blocked the profile that was using my credit card and I have to sort it out with my bank.
How rediculous!
I want this money refunded to me as it is *****. And since it's the second time it has happened I would think they would be more willing to sort it out.
I would advise people not to give iTunes their credit card details since this is the second time this has happened to me in 6 months.
