Want my refund of R349.99 from Apple

Money has been debited from my account for a subscription that I don’t even know about and I phoned in numerous times to ask for a refund, however every 48hrs when I phone they say I’m rejected , and I’m unable to reverse it at the bank. I need that refund!!!
