vodacom upgrade impossible

went into the store on saturday with necc docs to do upgrade once all paperwork was done i was told it will <br> take 24 working hours for approval this is new to me as i have a vodacom contract for as long as i remember 10yrs+ i norm go into a vodashop and do an upgrade work out with a new phone .<br> monday called the apple call center sales lady contacted me back saying she let me know asap 3days later <br> no update on upgrade called the call centre again today thursday saleslady contacted me to say delay on vodacom side its such a mission getting an upgrade through the istore now must wait till whenever to see what happens and when id does happen must drive back to eastgate 30mins to collect new phone
