Very ****ed off apple user

I have always been a big apple supporter, according to me there is no beter phone on the market, until my screen cracked & I try to get hold of someone at the call centre to assist me in where to take my phone for repairs and get all the details regarding the cost etc. Everytime I phone someone puts the phone down in my ear. Is this the way you get treated as a loyal Apple customer? Very dissapointed !!!!
