VERY BAD SERVICE

<p>I recently blocked my appleID access and I requested a recovery from apple call centre, in the beginning they will calm you down and promise you the better outcome however nobody follows up accordingly to the complaint and no one is competent enough to say exactly how and when will I get my appleID access. I was referred to the mail systems that probably takes about 14 working days...14 WORKING DAYS!!! Imagine, I use my phone to receive all my mails, all my contacts and very important info are now blocked inside my appleID and here I am stranded...missing very very important communication due to a very high sensitivity issue about retrieving my password. Be careful what you getting yourself into by buying and trusting into apple.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the beginning its just your password, but when you forget it, which will most likely happen, they are going to restrict you from accessing it and only the late and god will kow when will you get it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I reported this matter literally 5 weeks and 6 days ago and still I am not yet sorted.</p>
