utterly disappointed

<p>My iPhone was handed into the Centurion istore on 18th May 2016 as the screen was unresponsive. when handed in there was not one scratch or mark on the screen which i also had a brand new glass screen protector. my phone was assesed and i could not afford the replacement device and requested that my device be returned, it was returned on the 26th May 2016. Upon collection i noticed the screen protector was wrapped up in a piece of paper dirty and unusable, on inspection of my screen i noticed a few hairline scratches on the screen as well a deep scratch on the bottom right side.</p> <p>I appreciate it if this could be sorted out as it was not handed in, in that condition. Please could i get a number of manager of senior person to escalate this matter. As an apple user for over 10 years i am utterly disappointed in the disregard of somebodies else property.
