Useless Apple tech Support

I received an email stating that someone accessed my account that I haven't used in 6 years and they changed the name. After calling tech support twice, because I set those questions 8 years ago when I was 15 they told me "sorry if you don't remember them good luck with recovering your account." I mean seriously how useless can you be to not give me any other options to try and help me but to be sarcastic and say good luck.
