Useless Apple devices

After numerous attempts to get my I phone 7 fixed which was apparently re called in the US due to a faulty motherboard they now advised this cant be fixed in South Africa.

For a company that is worth I don't even know how many million dollars this is **** poor service and client support.

The tech is arrogant as hell and useless to say the least.

Please advise what you think the best way possible would be to try and get this resolved!!!!!
