Unsatisfactory Iphone

Bought a brand new iphone 11 last year and the phone cannot pick up calls. Returned it to vodacom last year and was told the parts will be ordered. Came back and never worked. Returned it in june due to an accident and all Vodacom did was fix the screen. Sent it back again to be fixed and was told its sorted only to return it again less then two weeks. The phone is insured by vodacom, who cant they just return the phone to apple for a new one. Never knew Apple could mke faulty products.
