Unhappy user

I know that it is very nice to work by an appointment, but I did not ask my computer to crash on me, amd I though hey lets go to the Apple store maybe they can assist me. Got to Umhlanga Istore got a blant if you dont have an appointment we cant help, you did not even try and see if you can maybe help me only looked at my mac and said it must be send in for repairse? What repairs? Why ? How long will it take? My work and income depends on my computer if I dont have a computer I dont have an income and no job so thank you for shooting me in the foot not even a little of assistance Apple is an expensive product and we pay allot for good quality just so bad the shotty service we have to get stuck with
