Unhappy about apple

I'm SOO dissapointed!

I Have my Iphone for a year now (XR) After software upgrade the evening it said Iphone Storage Full. I deleted some stuff. But still had this problem Then I restarted my phone. After the restart it never came back on. I went to Istore and they said they had a few phones with this same problem and the way to fix is to reinstall all my data. Well OKAY TNX APPLE now i have lost all my data. So for an apple problem I had to Pay R200 and lost my data. For the most "secure" and "reliable" phone I completely changed my mind!
