Click the link below to continue.
Reset Password or Unlock Apple ID >
If you didn’t make this change or if you believe an unauthorized person has accessed your account, go to iforgot.apple.com to reset your password immediately. Then sign into your Apple ID account page at https://appleid.apple.com/us/ to review and update your security settings.
Apple Support

I went to iStore Fourways to seek help I was told they cant help me I should phone Apple support directly. I therefore called Apple Support I was given a promise that this would be fixed within a week, a reference number was given as ********** 00511. I was asked to send proof of purchase so that the phone can be unlocked, I did that, from there it was quite I kept on following up via e-mail and telephone with no luck. It ended up with consultants I get at their call centre tell me to resend the proof of purchase over and over but still the phone was not unlocked. The last consultant I spoke to told me that she is doing me a favour, she can see that this case was rejected but she cannot tell me why as no one has explained the reasons for rejection, and she can see that I have send the documents so many times and that is a problem. I told her I have been resending documents because Apple staff has been requesting the documents each time I follow up. I was shocked that this was my fault now, so in the nutshell she could not help me. I have nowhere else to go Vodacom and Apple cannot help me. I am paying a contract on a monthly basis for the phone that I cannot use it’s the fourth month now. Please assist.
