Unauthorized debit

iTunes deducted R1399 , on behalf of Blinkist. A few days ago I downloaded the app Blinkist and I selected the 7 day trial now they deducted some fee I didn’t agree to. I didn’t authorize this . I sent an email to my bank but I’m not getting any feedback, this is ***** . I’m so disappointed. I hate itunes now.
