Unauthorised deductions feom my bank account

I don't own a iPhone and nor have I authorised R349 x 2 to be deducted from my account. No contact numbers available whom I muat contact to get a refund. This is truly PATHETIC. Who givea iTunes the right to deduct two debit orders from my account PATHETIC
