Unable to use iphone after forgetting apple accout id password

I am not able to reset iphone lock dispite all my identity and device ownership proof i have provided to apple. Meanwhile this is a iphone 15 plus contract through vodadacom which i am paying for every month without using. All i really need is for apple to remove the old account id and thats it but right now call center cannot help and istore also cannot help.
