*****ulent transactions

I have recently noticed some *****ulent debits going off my account and I have not subscribed for any of these services and every time I reach out to Apple my query falls on to deaf ears, I did not authorize these debits and they have my card details so they went on to allow these debits to be processed. When I reach out to them, no one even bothers to respond.
