’ve reported this matter immediately to the Standard Bank ***** helpdesk, but also want to formally report it. From MYUPDATES, I was alerted of an amount of R399, 99 that was deducted from my bank account. I never authorised such a transaction as I’m at work and have my physical bank card in my possession. Please can this transaction be stopped and reversed as this is ***** being commited on my account from Apple.COM/ITUNES.COM as it still shows OUTSTANDING CARD AUTHORISATION.
