Hi,

I recently discovered that my child accidentally purchased your AI video editing app without my consent, resulting in a charge of R2500. I have been trying to resolve this issue both with you and the app developer, but unfortunately, I haven’t had any success.

After testing the app myself, I found that it does not meet my expectations and isn't worth the amount charged. Given the financial strain I’m currently under, I am unable to afford such an expense for a product I did not intend to purchase.

Please process my refund as soon as possible. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and fairly, as I am truly disappointed with how things have unfolded.
