Traveled more than 300 miles & received no Service

<p>We all know there are a few iPhone stores in the country, I travelled more than 300Miles to an Apple store. When i got there i was told they couldnt help as i could only be assisted via appointment, who does that at a retail store?!!! I requested the guy on the floor to let me use the computers on the floor and do what i needed them to do on my phone he agreed but refused to lend me a cable. went to the car to get my own cable when i came back they told me i couldnt use the computers on the floor. You would expect first hand expirience at an iPhone store after buying their expensive phones yet they have such a ****ed up service. So Dissapointed with Apple Stores.</p>
