tired of being always sent away

i bought an iphone second hand early 2016, and i understand the process of identifying if the phone is ****** or what so ever , i have been made to feel like a ******** when one of the guys i called from their contact center said i should produce a receipt, he said i did not get any security questions right and i honestly thought im right with the answers but i wasn't , the icloud account was created in 2016 and i did not think of anything about it, i would no go through with the ups and downs to sandton city apple store and calling them if it was a ****** property and i believe if they say its so sophisticated why cant they investigate the matter and at hand im not helped either , i need my phone operational, the phone was never lost it has been on me all this time, Vasilis was litery shouting when i shouting when i called , i honestly felt really bad.
