Theft by Apple Music

There have been far too many instances where Apple withdraws random amounts from my bank account, other than the monthly subscription fee. Each time we notice this we report it to Apple, and in the case of the most recent complaint to them concerning R829.95 which we reported over a month ago, we are still awaiting the refund. This behavior from the world's largest company is absolutely unacceptable.
