Terrible Service, won't buy Apple again!

Worst service from CORE south Africa. Macbook pro stops working after os upgrade. Service centre after first clearing it as being fixed, now want to charge R16k for new part. Unhappy customer, who will now not buy apple again due to poor service! Impossible to get hold of anyone and email support from Core is shocking.
