Terrible Service – Order Still Not Received

I placed an order with iStore Online on 27th September for an iPad, and I have still not received it. it has been almost a month since ive place the order and every time I call their customer service centre, I am simply told that my order has been escalated to the warehouse, with no clear resolution or timeline.

The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. I expected a reliable and efficient service, but instead, I’ve experienced repeated delays and vague responses. Very disappointed with the overall experience and would caution others before ordering online.
