Terrible Service at Eastgate iStore

Hi,

today i was disgusted in the service i received today i booked my 2019 macbook pro in because of defected product battery and keyboard issues, this product has only a usb c port today they couldn't give me a product that has usb c support and i must buy an adapter then i can have a macbook air loaner that is bull i have work to do and reports to write but cannot because all my work is on a usb c flash drive so i basically loose 30k in income because of apples incompetence and i must wait until the product is repaired.

i told them that the consumer protection act says that if a defects product is sold then that product must be replace with a new product the store acnolages the act but refused to replace or help

i want this matter sorted out ASAP my repair number is EG73819 also i wish to have a credit or upgrade due to the loss of my income for this period time.
