Telkom Upgrade with Istore Eastgate

Telkom upgrade took over 2 hours. This is ridiculous from such an established brand. My banking details were insufficient then the statement were insufficient then it is not verifiable. I donot understand this when I have a current contract with Telkom. Eastgate branch is quite up to sh**. Actually think the brand has lost its worth because of the people whom sell it.
