Technical

We have 14 apple products in our family, 2 iPods, 8 iPads and 3 iPhones. This morning I went into the iStore in Pavilion, Durban needing some technical help with my phone. The store was very quiet and I was told to go to the service side where there was one customer being attended to and one technician. I was asked what I need and I rep**** I needed some technical help. Without asking with what, I was told that I needed to make an appointment. I then left, feeling very disappointed in this kind of service. REALLY !!!! We didn't need to make appointments when all the apple products were purchased.
