Super disappointed in Apple

I upgraded to Apple for the 1st time in November 2020. After a few months my photos went black, my alarms didn’t go off and the phone froze. I went to iStore and they deleted the software and reinstalled it. It didn’t work so it got replaced. After that, my photos were still black, my alarms worked SOMETIMES and my call volume was so soft I was unable to take calls. My internet connection also went down the drain. Whether it was mobile data or wifi. I went back to iStore and the phone got booked in. They sent me a new phone AGAIN. It worked fine for a while, but the internet connection was still *****ed, and the phone froze often. They replaced it again. So in about a year’s time, I’m on my 4th new iPhone. I can upgrade in a couple of months and I honestly feel like going back to android. I am a new Apple user and this is the experience I’m having. Super disappointed!!!
