Such poor service

3 weeks ago my husband asked the Walmer Park istore to organise his mobile phone contract via Vodacom. After many promises that it will get done, he is still without a contract or phone. The store promises to phone him and keep him updated but they never do. The store always puts the blame onto someone else, but actually it is them that cannot deliver. What shocking service from a company that tries to portray they are one of the best.
