struggling to get manufacturers faulty camera fix

My IPhone 6 Plus ISight camera do take blurry photos and do not want to focus properly. I am a MTN customer<br> and I struggle to get the camera replaced.<br> IStores cant help me without a fee and MTN would like to charge me for a small plastic beading to be repaired first before they would attend to the manufacturers faulty camera.<br> [URL Removed]<br> My screen and rest of phone is in perfect condition.<br> Would this be my first and last IPhone and /or apple product and the end of a 20 year relationship of being a MTN Customer?
