****** phones apple id reset without authorisation

My iPhone was ****** in an armed ******* , thereafter my problems with apple started , I called in for my iPhone to be blocked and blacklisted to be inaccessible , I had also put my phone in lots mode and then thought that whoever stole my phone wouldn't have access to my phone , only to go into my emails 5 days later and find that my appleid password had been changed , I had help getting back into my apple account and my phone had been deleted as a device ,I was disappointed to see this after being assured my phone was blocked , I didn't have a phone or laptop as they were both ****** (both apple products) so why wasn't my account being monitored because they had access to my emails and could've gained access to my bank details and the fact that they could change my apple id password baffled me , I called apple support and we sent ways to improve my security in my apple id password by was told there's nothing to be done about my phone that is probably being used , I was also told to rather contact my police station who when told where the ****** items were wouldn't go retrieve them because of the location ,I have family working at I stores , for them tobe able to change my apple I password and change it and remove my phone as a device requires specific knowledge that not everyone is aware of , I can't help but wonder if apple employee's are involved in this step of the process of ****** apple products so they can be resold and used , very disappointed
