****** I phone

I bought an apple I Phone, unfortunately within a 1 month it was ******. I then followed all the security measures in place to recover the phone but nothing helped till to date I have not found the phone. The biggest problem I Have with apple is that their I phone is only traceable if it is switched on, if the phone is off you can track it now the person who has my phone is not switching in on , now that is not helping me nor the *****, I complained on their twitter page but they don't even bother to answer me .
