Still debiting even after cancellation & deleting the app what the hell is wrong with ya'll

My Apple iTunes subscription was debited 3 times after the 25th of which I requested a refund. I then cancelled the subscription, however, they debited which charged me R3 for unsuccessful debit. You still debited on Saturday even after deleting the music app. Stop debiting this is chowing my money bit by bit I don't understand as to why ya'll are doing this. ****** fix this!
