STAY AWAY FROM APPLE

I sent my iphone 7 in to the istore to repair. They told me that there is a recall on the iphone 7 and 7 plus due to a software issue and hardware problem. They will send it in to Core Group to check and then replace the device! Now I got a bill to replace the device!! Technically if you recall a device you should replace it for free! On their website they say they replace these affected devices for 2yeara after retail. I only got mine in May 2017. I want a new phone free of charge and no BS or this won't be my last bad review!
